•	Your qualifications;
•	Your Course results.
Any other information you can give to your prospective (a legitimate placement) employer if you wish.

We collect personal information about you from the following sources:
1.	yourself, based on your emails that you send to us;
2.	the data from third parties is from a publicly accessible source: e.g. LinkedIn data.
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
1.	you wish to study the Course with us and receive a Certificate upon its successful completion. 
2.	you wish to pursue a legitimate placement with our help.

4.	Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. 
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete. 
Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances. 
Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your information in certain circumstances. 
Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

6.	Why do we need to collect your private information?
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
1.	you wish to study the Course with us and receive a Certificate upon its successful completion. 
2.	you wish to pursue a legitimate placement with our help.
We act under the UK legislation, including the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018), and basing on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which has been implemented into UK legislation and can be referred to as UK GDPR. 

7.	What is the lawful basis for processing your data?
The lawful basis we rely on for processing your information specified in the paragraph 2 of this Privacy Notice is the legitimate interest.
We may also use the information mentioned in paragraph 2 of this Privacy Notice if you wish to pursue a placement, then we will also rely on the legitimate interest.  
Our lawful basis for processing your information is the legitimate interest, because we use your data in ways you would reasonably expect and only upon your request we only collect information which has a minimal privacy impact.   
We collect your personal data for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and do not further process data in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes, complying with the UK GPDR.

8.	What we do with the information we have
We use the information specified in paragraph 2 of this Privacy Notice in order to identify you and be able to issue you a Certificate upon the completion of the Course by you.  
We do not share this information with anybody except when it is required by the UK law.
Emailing us:
We store and send information using encryption.
You must guarantee that any email you send to us is in accordance with the law.
We monitor emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software.
 
9.	How we store your information 
Your information is securely stored by Oriental Training Limited with appropriate technical and organisational security.
We keep your name and surname, your email address and your Course result, but not more than 4 years. 
We keep your name and surname, your email address and your Course result in your interest as you may need to obtain its copy in the future, or in the case of losing it.
If you do not complete the Course, we irrevocably delete your information specified in para 2 of this Privacy Notice and store nothing. 

10.	 What is important to know about other websites?
If you see that we provide links to websites of other organisations, it should be clear, that this Privacy Notice does not cover how those organisations process personal information under the UK GDPR.
We advise you to read carefully the privacy notices on the other websites that you visit.

11.	What are the exceptions of providing this Privacy Notice?
We are not obliged to provide you with the Privacy Notice where and insofar as you already have  the information.
When obtaining personal data from other sources rather than from you directly, we have no obligation to provide individuals with the Privacy Notice if:
•	the individual already has the information;
•	providing the information to the individual would be impossible;
•	providing the information to the individual would involve a disproportionate effort;
•	providing the information to the individual would render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of the objectives of the processing;
•	we are required by law to obtain or disclose the personal data; or

We do not provide services directly to children or juveniles. We do not collect personal information of children or juveniles.
We process personal information of adults under 21 years old.

13.	Unreasonable customer’s behaviour:
We have responsibilities under equality and diversity legislation and maintain high standards when dealing with our customers. 
However, if a customer is behaving in a difficult manner, or is overly persistent in contacting us, or acts in an unacceptable manner, we will consider whether this may be making our services too complex to be accessed.

14.	Impossibility or disproportionate effort:
We shall communicate any rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing carried out in accordance with the UK GDPR to each recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

We keep our Privacy Notice under regular review to make sure it is up to date and accurate.

16.	How can you additionally contact us?
We can use social media for communication with you, but we don’t use social media for receiving your personal information. 
Live chat
We use Skype to communicate with you – our customers, to supply and support our live service. If you agree, we can take a clip of video to support your application for a legitimate placement.
We don’t keep your personal information on Skype. 
We store and delete your private information in a way as specified in paragraph 9 of this Privacy Notice.
